We take the security of your personal information very seriously, and
that’s why we’re implementing a new security feature in conjunction with
the launch of our new internet banking service. Beginning on December
11, any time you log in from a device that you have not previously
“registered,” you will be prompted to enter a one-time use code that
will be sent via email or text message. This will help prevent
unauthorized access to your account, even if someone has your username
For this service to work properly, please log in to your account before December 11 and take a minute to verify the security information on file for your account.
New Internet Banking Platform:
- Click the menu icon at the top left of the page.
- Select “Update Security Settings” under the User Profile section.
- Click “Change Security Contacts Here” and make any needed changes.
We recommend having at least two security contacts designated for your
account – one email and one cell phone to receive SMS text messages. To
receive a SMS text message, you will need to enter the email address
associated with your cell phone. The address to receive these text
messages is your ten-digit phone number with no dashes, followed by your
carrier’s SMS domain. Some examples are:
- AT&T: @txt.att.net
- T--Mobile: @tmomail.net
- Verizon: @vtext.com
- Sprint: @messaging.sprintpcs.com
